Blue Movie is a window film that fades slowly over time. By painting a rectangle of watered-down ink on translucent paper and hanging it in the window, in a matter of weeks it fades from a brilliant indigo to little more than a gray stain. The installation documents this process with two long takes of the film in the window combined with the faded artifact that remains.
